These Terms govern your use of SIAI Forum at siai.forum (“the Forum”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or posting, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Forum.
1. Who can use the Forum
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. One person, one account; do not impersonate others.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant SIAI Forum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for display (for example quoting, excerpts, link previews and search) and distribute your content as part of operating and promoting the Forum. This licence continues for content that remains on the Forum after you leave, because discussions depend on their history. You are responsible for having the right to post what you share, including code, data, images and quotes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the community guidelines. In particular, you must not:
- harass, threaten or abuse others, or post hate speech;
- post spam, undisclosed advertising or affiliate links;
- share leaked model weights, private or personal data, credentials, or material you have no right to share;
- post instructions that meaningfully help cause serious harm (weapons, malware and similar);
- scrape the Forum at a rate that degrades it, or try to break its security;
- use automated accounts or bots without our permission.
4. AI-generated content
You may use AI tools to help write posts, but you are responsible for everything you post. Disclose substantial AI-generated content. Unverified, low-effort AI-generated answers may be removed.
5. Moderation
We may edit, move, hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the guidelines, at our discretion. We try to explain decisions, and you can raise concerns in Site Feedback.
6. Sponsored content
Any sponsored or paid content on the Forum will be clearly labelled. Community answers, votes and accepted solutions are never for sale.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Forum infringes your copyright, email siaiforum.admin@gmail.com with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We will review it and remove infringing content where appropriate.
8. Information, not advice
Content on the Forum is posted by community members and is for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical or security advice. Verify before relying on it, especially code and configuration.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Forum is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIAI Forum is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content posted by users.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Forum, and continuing to use it means you accept them. You may stop using the Forum and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, India.
